This term our topic is 'This is Me!'

We are delving into the great events of British History by exploring the fire related events of our past. We will be having a visit to the local fire station later this term to link to modern fire safety, and how we can keep safe. 


We are exploring sense poetry and stories by Julia Donaldson this term. Lots of practice to set our reading and writing essentials in stone too.


Counting, ordering and comparing number to 100. Developing strategies for addition and subtraction, multiplication and division; Learning about fractions; 2D and 3D shape and time; measuring length, capacity and weight. 


Learning about our body, the senses and beginning to develop our investigative skills as we compare different people and explore the senses.

Children MUST read at home, a little every day is best.

We do not have set reading book change days and we are happy to change books as often as every other day, put it in your class box in the morning! Thank you very much for your continued support.
